应急物流是在发生重大突发事件时保障人员、物资和资金需求的一项特殊物流活动。在应急物资邮政运输模型中,如何快速准确地将应急物资运送至需求点是应急物流面临的巨大挑战。双层规划方法可以在满足需求点对应急物资需求的情况下,使整个物流过程中的物流成本最低,物流时间也最短。构建了一个以上层物流成本最低、下层物流时间最短为目标的双层规划模型,并设计了一种混合禁忌搜索遗传算法(HTSGA
hybrid tabu search genetic algorithm)求解模型,解决了灾后应急物流的运输路径优化问题。最后,实验结果对比验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。
Emergency logistics is a special logistics activity that protects the need of personnel
materials and funds in the event of a major emergency.In the post transportation model of emergency supplies
how to quickly and accurately deliver a large amount of rescue materials to the place of need is a huge challenge to emergency logistics.The logistics cost and the logistics time in the entire logistics process could be minimized by the bi-level planning method while meeting the demand for emergency supplies at the demand point.The bi-level programming model was constructed with the minimum logistics cost of the upper layer and the shortest logistics time of the bottom layer as the goal
and a hybrid tabu search genetic algorithm (HTSGA) was designed to solve the model
which solved the problem of emergency logistics transportation route optimization after the disaster.Finally
the experimental result comparison verified the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
