摘要

传统电路域短消息业务由SMSC（短消息服务中心）提供，业务流程均承载在七号信令网。随着IMS网络的商用，在IP网络下为VoLTE用户继续提供短消息业务，成为运营商在网络演进过程中必须支持的功能。就IP短信网关的功能、业务流程、系统架构、接口方案等问题进行阐述，并提出了现网引入IP短信网关的组网方案。

Abstract

The traditional circuit domain short message service is provided by SMSC (short message service center)

and the business processes are carried in the seven signaling network.With the commercial use of IMS network

it is necessary for operators to continue to provide short message service for VoLTE users in the IP network

which is the function that operators must support in the process of network evolution.The IP-SM-GW functions

processes

system architecture

interface solutions and other issues are introduced

and IP-SM-GW into the current network is put forword.
